Step 1:    

Before install the new version 2013.R1 Autocom/Delphi
First uninstall previous versions

Delete the following folders:

C:Documents and Settings**USER**Application DataAutocom
C:Documents and Settings**USER**Application DataDelphi
C:Documents and Settings**USER**Application DataMicrosoftSystemCertificatesMy
C:Documents and SettingsDefault UserApplication DataMicrosoftSystemCertificatesMy
C:Documents and SettingsLocalServiceApplication DataMicrosoftSystemCertificatesMy
C:Documents and SettingsNetworkServiceApplication DataMicrosoftSystemCertificatesMy
WINDOWS 7 & 8:
Look similar folders.
Edit with Notepad:
and delete: activation.autocom.se activation2.autocom.se updates.autocom.se
Run CCleaner and clean the registry
Restart your computer
Install new version 2013.R1 Autocom Delphi

Step 2:   Turn off all internet and wi-fi on your pc before installing 2013 Release 1 Autocom / Delphi software

Step 3. Install Autocom/Delphi 2013 R1 (2.13.1)

Step 4. Install Patch to the Autocom folder(notice: need cover old file, pls consult how to install release 3 autocom delphi software)

Step 5. Start Autocom/Delphi and fill in required ID, Hardware Code & serial

Step 6. Click next and it will activate automatically success

Step 7. must to :Restart first

Step 8. Connect your VCI unit to computer then connect to CAR (OBD 2 plug)

Step 9. Start to test your VCI unit & UPDATE the firmware without INTERNET!

Step 10. Try directly to select your vehicle and make Diagnosis by autocom cdp + cigars in mouth
